Ngorongoro Farm House is a fully functional farm where you can enjoy excellent home-made cuisine prepared from the dairy and fresh vegetables produce by the farm all year around. Cattle, pigs, chicken and sheep are also farmed on the property.

Well laid out with spectacular views across to Oldeani Volcano the Ngorongoro Farmhouse Lodge opened in 2003 and is a great base for visiting both the Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara National Park. Three separate and intimate camps of 50 spacious cottages are attractively built on the style of an old colonial farm and rustically decorated with local materials.

The main building, covered with an elegant thatched roof, contains the reception, bar, dining area, library and lounge with a fireplace. Guest areas are completed by a swimming pool with superb views of Oldeani Volcano. There are a number of loungers around the pool with plenty of shade. Children will also enjoy the volley ball and crocket that is set up on the lawns.

Ngorongoro Farmhouse has an extensive and well stocked gift shop selling a variety of curious. There are carvings, jewellery, clothes, maps and art for sale.
