Close to the main area, are twenty individual, comfortable tents. Each tent is on a raised wooden deck and under thatch which keeps them cool in the hot months. The beds have mosquito nets and en suite bathrooms with hot showers. Each room also has a flush toilet. Each tent has lovely views over Lake Burunge.

The rooms at this Tanzania safari lodge are all fitted with 240 v solar generated power. There is a standby generator in case of solar power failure.

Lake Burunge’s main building is under thatch and boasts a central lounge; bar/dining area on a raised wooden deck. This elevated position is the ideal venue to enjoy sundowners and watch the sun disappear over the lake. Guests can also enjoy Aperitifs at the cosy fireplace
